4. Personnel Assignment
Vu Le Law Firm assigns a legal expert responsible for handling the client’s case.
5. Legal Support Request
Upon the client's request for legal support, Vu Le Law Firm proceeds with follow-up actions.
6. Work Proposal
Based on the client's request, Vu Le Law Firm proposes a working plan to resolve the legal issue.
7. Service Execution
Vu Le Law Firm performs the assigned legal tasks and delivers results to the client.
8. Finalization and Adjustment
Vu Le Law Firm completes and adjusts the deliverables based on the client’s feedback and requirements.

Actual Working Time
This refers to working hours that can be directly tracked, such as time spent by Vu Le Law Firm in meetings, events, or consultations conducted in person, by phone, Zalo, or other electronic communication platforms.
Converted Working Time Based on Output
When working hours cannot be tracked in real-time (e.g., email responses, legal opinions, drafted documents), time will be converted as follows:

Examples:
- An advisory email with 380 words → counted as 0.5 hour

In cases where Vu Le Law Firm determines that a request is simple and minimal, we may decide not to count the time against the client’s monthly usage hours and will notify the client accordingly.

Processing Time
Vu Le Law Firm may apply a travel surcharge in cases where we must travel outside of Hanoi to complete procedures on behalf of the client.

For procedures that require coordination with other parties, Vu Le Law Firm will assist in verifying information, explaining regulations, and ensuring that clients are fully informed and confident before finalizing the process.
